1. HOW IT WORKS

It all works as simple as any other eCommerce site:

  1. You select the pieces of your preference.
  2. We carefully package and send you the items between 1 to 3 working days after formalising the order.
  3. You receive your shipment between 3 and 6 days after the shipment, depending of where do you live.
  4. For express or special shipments, please contact us.
  5. More than 5 pieces in one order? Please contact us for special pricing.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Please take into account that the weight to calculate the shipping cost is higher than the than the weight of the piece. The packaging weight is indicated on the piece's description.

Local duties, when applicable (like import duties), are not included in these prices.

 

4. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Shipments are protected with insurance. In case the goods are damaged during the transport please put a claim to the courier and notify us, and we will send a new item as soon as possible. 

 

5. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If by whatever reason you want to return the goods after you had received it, you have up to 7 days to notify us. We will send you a  Return Authorization (RA) that you have to include with your package. We will refund your money upon reception of the goods. Please note you are responsible for the packaging and shipment for the return. That means we cannot refund if the goods arrive to our site with any damage. Shipment expenses are deducted from the refund.

 

6. FEEDBACK
