Crackle white plate from Alcaide, La Rambla, Spain
La Rambla is a town of 7,600 inhabitants in the southern countryside of Córdoba, 41 km from the capital. There are remains of occupations since prehistoric times. There are also Iberian, Roman and Muslim vestiges.
The clay industry in La Rambla is old, but from the 80s of last century it will be when it reaches its greatest splendor (140 workshops). Currently, in parallel with a modern industry, small fully artisan family workshops preserve a traditional artisan work.
